The Parkside project was a full restoration project. Some of the work included:

• Buildout of new third floor dormer
• Significant plaster/drywall repairs
• Original wood floors completely refinished
• New interior and exterior paint
• New kitchen (opened the wall between the breakfast nook and original kitchen)
